Renter must lease for at least 6+months at a time(preferably 1 yr). Owner to pay for water and sewage. Renter to pay gas/electric and wifi. Pets negotiable. There is no dedicated parking area for this suite, renter will have to use street parking. The street in front of the house is residential parking. Tenants can obtain a residential parking decal by presenting lease of 6+ months to City of Charleston. Side streets have places for tenants to pay and park. There will be a $150 cleaning/move out fee. Scheduled cleanings available for an additional fee. Anything broken or damaged may result in additional fees at the owners discretion. Unit sleeps a max of 4 people, 2 comfortably. Only 4 max allowed to stay here. There are to be no events or parties on the premises.
