The complex is walking distance to a Food Lion, a Publix, a Walmart and the best Deep Dish Chicago Style Pizza this side of the Mississippi. The Retreat Community features a swimming pool, fitness center and community room all free to use. We also share with the complex next door a tennis court, a basketball court, a sand volleyball court, several long walking paths, many dog runs, and a really nice pond with lots of sitting areas around it. Plus the building itself is very quiet, which makes it ideal for students. Also, your neighbors in the building are very welcoming and honestly, you'll love living here.

Last and certainly not least, the house is about as turnkey, move-in ready as you're going to find and I'm a great landlord. So if you're coming from out of town and looking for a smooth, easy transition look no further because you found your new home.
