PLEASE NOTE: We advertise this on multiple sites and it usually stays booked due to the location being ideal for medical students and traveling nurses. Our cozy little condo is most suitable for two adults. We are located in the heart of Cannonborough Elliottborough, ideal for 2 or 3 roommates/students/medical professionals seeking convenient residency. Close to MUSC dental, College of Charleston and the Citadel as well as a short drive from beaches. We are located on the top floor of the building which is the 4th floor but there is an elevator if you don't feel like going up the steps. The entire condo has been newly updated with fresh paint and wood flooring throughout, resurfaced ceilings and granite countertops. The main bedroom has a queen bed with ensuite bathroom that has a bath/shower combo with marble tile. The second bedroom has a daybed with twin trundle and can be used as a bedroom or a study. We are looking to switch the trundle out for a queen size bed so please let us know if that is preferred. The second bathroom is located in the hall and that shower has also been updated with ceramic tile!
A washer/dryer combo in unit but please be aware that while this appliance was just purchased, it is a very small washer/dryer combo and does take time to complete a cycle. If you have a lot of laundry or bigger items to wash, there is a shared laundry room on the ground floor of the property that has instructions for use and payment. You also have shared access to a study and fitness room.
Fully furnished at $2,800 monthly rent and $1800 refundable security deposit. Includes utilities, complex WiFi, and two parking passes.
We also self manage and have our own maintenance team which comes in for monthly routine checks on lightbulbs, batteries, filters etc.
