Furnished Bedroom for Rent in West Ashley House!

I am a 4th year College of Medicine student at MUSC and have one bedroom to rent out in my 4 bedroom 2 bath house! (for a total of 3 people living in the house - one bedroom will remain unoccupied) My other roommate, Abigail, is a 3rd year medical... student at MUSC. Located in the Air Harbor neighborhood of West Ashley, 1.5 miles from Costco and Target, and 5.5 miles from MUSC (only a 12 minute drive).

My 1300 sq ft house has a wonderful large backyard and was completely renovated (in 2022) head to toe - all new appliances, new HVAC, new backyard fence, new kitchen and bathrooms, new flooring, new landscaping - everything! There is also a toolshed to store bicycles and the like.

Utilities and maintenance fees are split evenly between roommates.

The bedroom for rent shares use of one full bathroom (with a bathtub and shower) with my roommate Abigail. The bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, night tables, desk, desk chair, full mirror etc.

I have a super sweet dog, Bojack, who shares the house with us!
