My name is Sophia I’m looking for someone to take the second bedroom in my 2 bed / 2 fullbath apartment located in Concord West of the Ashley in West Ashley starting August 1st 2026 Rent is $1400/month, with a $750 refundable security... deposit. Water is included in rent but electricity varies from 30-60 per person depending on our usage.
Fully furnished with mattress but furniture can also be removed if requested. 8-15 minute drive to MUSC campus and downtown depending on traffic. Free parking unassigned with unlimited visitor parking. Walkable to Avondale west ashley downtown shops and restaurants/bars.
In unit washer/dryer and stove, dishwasher, fridge, etc. Gated community with 24hr gym and 2 pools, tennis courts. The apartment itself is on the first floor and has a security system and deadbolt. Bedroom for rent has attached full bathroom and a walk in closet. Locks on both bedroom doors.
Lease timing is flexible, minimum 10 month lease (august-may) and options for renewal.
