Hello! My name is Kitty and I am a southern Christian gal who is hoping to rent out a specially designed space in my home.

The space is self-enclosed and serves as its own unit with a VERY spacious bathroom, bedroom, closet, and a large living room... . The home and the unit sit on the water; a small lake that originates from a natural spring and is very beautiful. The view can be easily enjoyed from the patio area, and parking is free. The only shared areas are the kitchen and laundry spaces, and the unit is able to be accessed from the outside.

The home is located on James Island and the MUSC campus is only about a ten minute drive away. Just down the street is located a strip mall, where you can find anything you generally need; a grocery store, a CVS, a coffee shop, as well as various restaurants.

Please note: this listing is intended for only quiet, responsible renters. The rent is $1,650 per month, which includes utilities such as high-speed internet.

No smoking, no pets..... but must love cats! 😁 I have a lovable fourteen-year-old male cat named Sarge who is great, but doesn't do well with other animals. Only female applicants only. Thank you and God bless!
