Hi! I’m looking for two roommates to share my 3 bed, 2.5 bath townhouse in downtown Charleston, just two blocks from King Street and very close to MUSC. The home is updated and fully furnished, with the exception of the bedrooms—so you’ll just need... to bring furniture for your own space.

Street parking is available, and the location is ideal for students or young professionals who want to be close to campus, restaurants, and everything downtown has to offer.

Rent is $1,575/month plus utilities. The lease runs from August 1, 2026 through July 31, 2027, with the option to renew. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.
