The Avenues of West Ashley

I live in a two bedroom apartment with a nice community of people in there early 20s mostly. My roommate would have the "master" room with their own bathroom in the room. In house washer and dryer, a porch. I am unsure what lease we would sign but i... believe its just a one year lease and varies per price per lease. My roommate is moving out as early as May and as late as July.
