Hi! I'm looking for someone to take over my lease in a 5bed/5bath. You have your own room and bathroom as well as an in unit washer and dryer. the lease is a 12 month lease. The rent includes all amenities and utilities. You would be taking over from... August 2025 till July 2026. Im also offering early move-in for July if needed! The apartment is in downtown Charleston. It's a 9 minute drive to MUSC. The unit is a girls only unit (Co-ed floors but not units). The name of the apartment complex is Summit Place - (854) 600-1312.
