I am at Bluewaters in Bolton's Landing (West Ashley). I am looking for a roommate for my 2bed/2bath apartment. The bathroom is connected to the bedroom. The walk-in closet is large enough to be a small office. The unit is against a wooded area, and... this room has a view of the woods. I have stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. This complex is in a residential neighborhood and the community host regular free events.

If you are an avid gym goer as I am, the complex gym has concept 2 row machine, a squat rack, and several other machines (including a cable machine). It is nice to save the money for a gym. I also have an assault bike, dumbbells, kettlebells, and a bench that my roommate is welcome to use in the unit.

This complex is roughly a 15-minute drive to the Express 2 Carta bus stop at the Citadel Mall. My commute is roughly 35 minutes when I take the bus. I prefer avoiding Hagood Parking lot. There is a bus stop that is 2.5 miles up the road at the Walmart that is bike friendly.
