-This home is a 30-90 day rental with the possible option to renew. --There is a $50 per person application fee for anyone 18 or older. -You must pass a background check and once approved pay a -$1,500 security deposit. If the rental is for under 90 days you will pay 10% state accommodations taxes.
-The guest will pay a a $350 cleaning fee every 60 days that they are in the rental.
