Room for Rent in Ashleyville - 6 minutes to MUSC!

We will have a room for rent in our Ashleyville home starting February 1st 2026! 6 minute drive to Bee Street Garage or 16 minute bike ride to campus (2.5 miles) or a quarter-mile walk to the CARTA bus stop. This house is three bedrooms and two... bathrooms, so you will be sharing the spacious hallway bathroom with one other student. The house features an open floor plan, with a large entryway, living room, and dining and kitchen area. The bedroom for rent is approximately 115 square feet (11' x 10.5'), and includes a closet and windows facing the side of the house. The house is equipped with HVAC, Whirlpool appliances, security cameras, a security system, and Xfinity internet. Utilities not included in rent, but are usually ~$75 per month. Fenced in backyard with charcoal grill, fire pit, fruit trees, covered porch, and patio seating area. Fenced in front yard with palm trees and flowers. Safe neighborhood with two new parks, new basketball court and baseball field, two fishing piers, 100 yards from the West Ashley Bikeway, and close to everything!
