Private Room In 3 Bed/2.5 Bath Available In Downtown Charleston

Hello everyone!
I am subleasing my room in a 3 bed, 2.5 bath bottom floor unit along Rutledge Ave. Rent is $1,065/month + utilities. You’ll have your own private bedroom, share a full bathroom (shower) with one roommate, and have exclusive access to...
a half bath.
The lease runs from February 1, 2026 – July 31, 2026. There are two female roommates who are very sweet and considerate. The home currently has 2 cats and 1 dog, so being pet-friendly is a must.
The unit is located near Container Bar. Washer and dryer are in-unit. The 102 CARTA bus goes directly to MUSC campus, and the 20 CARTA bus takes you downtown along Meeting Street. There is ample parking. Most people park on the street, there is not really any monitoring of this street.
The current roommates plan to move out at the end of the lease, but you’re welcome to find new roommates to re-sign with. I’m happy to arrange an in-person tour, and the roommates are open to meeting as well.
Please message me if you’re interested!
