The apartment is a 3rd-floor (walk-up) townhome-style unit with a shared living room and an open-concept kitchen/dining room downstairs. The bedroom is upstairs, with a full-size bed, bedside tables, a dresser, a clothes rack, and a workstation table. Shared spaces are the kitchen. Linens and towels also available.

Communal spaces are shared with me, a mid-30s woman-identified college professor, and a 6-year-old standard poodle. Dogs are welcome, as long as they get along with the current canine resident. I work out of the home 3-5 days a week, with occasional days working from home at my desk in the living room.

In Park Circle, walking distance, or 3-minute drive, from Montague Ave restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and local spots.

Centrally located, 20 minutes to downtown (MUSC, CofC, etc), 20 minutes to Mt Pleasant, Summerville, James Island, 15 minutes to West Ashley, less than 10 minutes to Tanger and to Hanahan, 15 minutes to Naval Base. 20-30 minutes to beaches.
