Peaceful Place
You have a private entrance. We offer a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, a toaster/convection oven, 2-burner inset stove, and sink. It also has shelving, a small cabinet/pantry, dishware and cutlery. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed and... dresser, as well as a deep closet. Sheets and blankets are included, as are pillows and pillowcases. The bathroom has a tub/shower. Towels and washcloths are included.
There is a small hall connecting all three rooms, and there is a closet in the hall, as well as in the kitchenette. You have access to the front porch and yard anytime.
Water and electricity are included in the rent. Parking is in the yard (no garage, etc.)
This is basically one end of our house, and we (of course) live in the other portion. It is very quiet here. We are about 18 miles from M.U.S.C. and traffic varies.
We have cats, but they do not enter your area.
