This brand new studio apartment (~420 sq ft) is located between Hwy 17 and 61, just 2.2 mi. from MUSC, 10 mi from Folly Beach, 0.5 mi from the West Ashely Greenway, and very convenient to new Ashely River Crossing (river bike bridge). It's only a 6... min drive to/from MUSC, but there are also two CARTA bus stops going downtown (routes 30 & 33) that are within a 5 min walk. Maybe most importantly, it's in a fantastic location in Avondale, just a 5 min walk to Avondale Wine & Cheese, Mellow Mushroom, Pearlz, the Volstad Room, Gene's, Charles Towne Fermentory, Triangle, The Roost, Highfalutin Coffee, Community Yoga, and F45 Training.
