Enjoy a quiet 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo minutes away from Downtown Charleston/MUSC, Shem Creek, and the beach at Sullivan's Island!

This spacious condo is fully furnished and equipped with a full kitchen, dinette, living room, in-unit washer/dryer... , central AC/heat, robot vacuum, coffee pot, microwave, on-site parking, and a TV with Roku so you can watch your favorite shows on your streaming platforms.

This is a non-smoking unit available for MUSC students, or Traveling Nurses/Doctors for short-term rental.
You will have a roommate and each room is $1350/month, all-inclusive. If you know a fellow MUSC student, or traveling nurse/doctor that you would prefer to room with, please reach out to discuss with me. There is a $300 Security Deposit/room.

If you do not have a car, there is a location nearby for public transportation or you can bike from the condo to Downtown Charleston.
