Looking for male roommates to join our home on James Island in August 2026

Hoping to live close to campus, but don't want to deal with the cost and noise of downtown Charleston? Starting in August 1st, I will have three bedrooms available in a comfortable townhouse, located right next door on James Island. There will be two... smaller rooms that share a bathroom ($650 per month), and a much larger single room on the third floor with its own bathroom ($800 per month).

The home was built in 2019, and resides in a community that is both safe and quiet. The home is only a ten minute drive away from MUSC, and only a sixteen minute drive to Folly Beach. In addition, a gas station, CVS, barber shop, and a Harris Teeter grocery store are very close and within a five minute walking distance.

If you're into throwing large parties with loud music, this definitely isn't the place for you! Only looking for tenants who are responsible, quiet and dedicated to their studies. Pets are negotiable, depending on whether or not they can get along with the house sheepadoodle, Echo. 😁🐶
