Isle of Palms, En-suite room in shared apartment/house

This is a three bedroom apartment on the top floor of a larger single-family home. You would be sharing the space with 1 other person who has lived there for years.
All utilities and wifi included. Pool in the summer. 10 min walk to the beach. Washer... and dryer are in the unit.
The kitchen is best described as a beach house kitchen, it is not a normal full kitchen. There are 2-3 induction burners. No oven. A large air fryer/toaster oven combo. A microwave. Delonghi Nespresso coffee machine and electric kettle.
Room can be furnished or unfurnished. A king bed, antique desk/cabinet. A dresser, a reading chair and ottoman. Loveseat available if desired. Lamps are provided if extra lighting is desired. 3 windows on one wall.
Bathroom is in the room like an en-suite. Standing corner shower (no tub).
Room is very spacious, like the size of a small apartment.
Main area and kitchen are shared with the renter in the other room.
There are a lot of stairs to walk up. Outside entrance to the apartment on the top floor (2nd story).
