Hi! My name is Taylor a recent graduate from MUSC PA program, working currently out of Florence, SC. I have a furnished 3bed/ 2bath townhome in the beautiful Proprietors Row, across the street from the shores of the Ashley River available 2/1. 2 of... the 3 bedrooms are available to rent including the downstairs master with it's own private bathroom (1200/month) and upstairs bedroom with it's own private sink with shared bathroom (1100/month). Looking for preferably a year long lease but flexible for month to month as well if needed for clinical rotations and such.
Little more about the place: The home is fully furnished with hardwood floors throughout. All bedrooms are spacious with queen beds in each. The primary bedroom is downstairs and has a private bathroom. The other two bedrooms are located upstairs and share a jack-and-jill style bathroom. There is attached shed in the back that includes plenty of space for storage for beach chairs, golf clubs, and the like. Three parking spaces are also available directly behind the home and fenced courtyard. Plenty of parking at either end of the neighborhood for guests.
The house is a 5 min drive to MUSC and a 10 minute walk to Avondale.
