Cozy, quiet retreat on the Marsh

The unit is fully equipped with basically anything you could ever need and you are welcome to use. I only ask you please be respectful and take care of my place. The washer/dryer are new and upstairs near the bedrooms. The trash must be taken out... every MONDAY morning to the curb near the mailboxes. The recycle goes out EVERY OTHERR THURSDAY to the same place. By video surveillance I mean the Ring door bell and a Ring camera in the rear porch for security.
