This charming home will come fully furnished to allow for a seamless and comfortable stay. Close proximity to MUSC, King... Street shopping/dining, The Battery and Colonial Lake. The interior has been thoughtfully updated while keeping the historic charm with hard wood floors throughout, exposed beams in the kitchen, and a private piazza overlooking the courtyard.

The first floor offers a cozy living space, flowing into the eat-in gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances and gas range. The kitchen boasts custom cabinetry, soapstone countertops, and exposed brick backsplash. The laundry provides a full size washer and dryer, open shelving and storage. Upstairs, you will find the primary bedroom with a queen bed, and a second smaller space with a loveseat that pulls out into a twin bed great for guests. Through beautifully restored French doors, the bathroom features the original clawfoot tub as a fully functional shower.

Refundable security deposit (100% of first month's rent for stays longer than 1 month, and 50% for stays of 1 month) will be charged at lease signing, and will be refunded after the guests stay, after any damages are deducted.

City of Charleston's quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. If violated the city can impose fines, amounts vary but can be more than $1,000, and that will be the guest's responsibility to pay if they receive a fine.
