Concord West of the Ashley (Living with Roomate and Sublease)

Hey everyone! My name is Mary Margaret I’m looking for someone to take the second bedroom in my 2 bed / 2 bath apartment located in Concord West of the Ashley in West Ashley starting September 1st.
Rent is $1200/month, with a $500 deposit and... utilities and wifi would be included. If you have a pet, there’s just a one-time $750 pet fee—no monthly pet rent!
A few details about the space:
* First-floor unit in a gated community (gates close at night for added security)
* Walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom (also serves as the guest bathroom)
*Unfurnished or Furnished bedroom, including bed, side table, dresser, and couch. Perfect for traveling nurses or people who are just starting out!
* Community includes access to two pools, a gym, and has a small, local neighborhood feel and it’s only 10 minutes from downtown and walking distance to the local West Ashley bars
About me: I’m 23 and I’m a high school English teacher, so I’m gone most of the workday. I love a good girls night out, reading, and exploring new spots around Charleston. I’d love for us to be friends, and I prefer girls but if we click we click!
