Walk to Charleston’s only art house theater or one of many popular restaurants/bars. We also have 2 parks, a boat landing and the Municipal golf course is our neighbor! There’s a reason Riverland Terrace is so sought after, it’s an old fashioned neighborhood, where trees are considered precious, kids can ride their bikes and the neighbors are friendly.
Our cottage has central heat/air, hardwood floors, off street parking, dishwasher, microwave, stove, laundry room, ceiling fans, 2 decks, 6 months - 1 year lease with ability to extend.

What’s included: gardener, water/sewage/ATT fiber optics internet. Linens, towels, fully stocked kitchen, etc.

Pets may be negotiable but not preferred. The backyard garden is special and we don’t want to risk holes dug, urine on sod or plants. No cats, please. No smoking allowed.
