This building was in a past generation, the sheriff's department, fire department and the Administration offices for the... City of Manning. It is solid brick, concrete and steel. The old gun vault is still downstairs! We are in the process of performing a facade renovation and remodeling the entire building downstairs. At the request of several of our physician friends, we agreed to offer housing for nurses in need of a safe and comfortable place to stay while in town to do their rounds. The entrance where you arrive has been completed. Your journey to the upstirs unit is safe and secure.

We have one Private unit available on the second floor of 4. W. Keitt Street! This charming and comfortable single tenant suite has been beautifully decorated to accommodate the current short term housing needs of our medical community. It is a one-bedroom, one-bath (Shower Only) unit with charm and functionality in every corner. The living area is cozy yet inviting, surrounded by white bookshelves, plush seating, and a fireplace overlooking the Historic Clarendon County Courthouse. The kitchen is efficient and sleek with a microwave, coffee pot, plates, glasses, cups and silverware for dining. The entire unit is thoughtfully designed to feel both functional and comfortable offering a peaceful sanctuary to call home while you are away from your home. There is a smart tv in the bedroom and a mini fridge for convenience. Wi-fi is available. The communal fridge in the kitchen is always stocked with drinks in case there is a need.

Please note: The building owner has her office on the second floor as well. She only works 9 - 5pm. When you arrive and lock the exterior door on the first floor you will proceed upstairs and lock the barn door at the bottom of the stairs.
