BEAUTIFUL West Ashley 4-bed 3.5 bath home!

The house is located in Carolina Bay, a 3-minute walk from the large neighborhood park, and is close to the pools and walking trails. The fenced-in backyard faces the pond, which can be fished in along with... many other ponds in the neighborhood. The neighborhood social committee hosts numerous events, including food trucks at the park on Fridays.

The house has a beautiful front porch with a porch swing and a screened-in patio in the back.

The downstairs includes the office, master bedroom, kitchen, dining room, half bathroom, and laundry room. Everything downstairs is furnished! The kitchen is granite with nice appliances and a large island. The master bedroom is shared among my fiancé, me, and our dog.

Upstairs includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a bonus room. Our roommate lives upstairs and uses the detached bathroom that is shared with the guest room. The guest room will be furnished by August 15th, and your guests will be able to use it!

YOUR ROOM is 11 ft by 11.5 ft. You have a bathroom attatched to your room that has a single sink with storage, a bathtub/ shower combo, and a toilet. This bathroom is exclusively yours. You get to your walk-in closet through the bathroom. Your room is unfurnished. Your rent will be $906 monthly before utilities (estimated $50-$100 a month). We are open to living with a female, male, or couple (however, rent will be renegotiated).

There are so many closets throughout the house and rooms in the garage to store your things.

I (Audrey) am starting in CHP at MUSC in the fall and will be working part-time from home. I am originally from Tennessee and just moved to Charleston. My fiancé (CJ) is an Aerospace Engineer looking for full-time work while he is taking classes at the Citadel. We share a 9-month-old chocolate lab, Hank. He and our roommate (Logan) are from Charleston. Logan works 1 week on, 1 week off, so you will only share the upstairs half the time! He has a chocolate lab mix, Maggie, who is 3.5 years old. We are all 22/23 years old.

We are all social and excited about having a new roommate. We love to have friends over, but we are all clean and respectful.
