The sundeck offers a swing and lounge chairs for enjoying the water and beautiful sunsets. Also, you'll find a 9x20 concrete floating dock. The home offers gorgeous views from almost every room. Prefer non-smoker, non-vapor. 6 mi 11 minutes from Charleston airport. 10 mi, 20 minutes from Trident medical center. 20 miles, 30 minutes from East Cooper medical center. 16 mi. 26 minutes from MUSC downtown. 16 mi. 26 minutes from Roper downtown. 16 mi. 26 minutes from College of Charleston.
