Adorable cottage 5 min from downtown, 15 min to beach

Perfect condo that really does have it all: close to downtown AND Folly Beach, private, enough space to relax but also get you downtown in 5 minutes. Earthfare, Nosh coffee shop, Urban Nirvana, Windemere shopping center within walking distance.... Harris Teeter, Starbucks, Chipotle, Whole Foods, etc. 5 min drive away. Folly Beach 15 minute drive. It doesn't get any better and more central than this. If you don't mind the connector bridge, you can walk downtown - it is one mile into Charleston. Pets allowed on a case by case basis and will require a security deposit.

You share the backyard and parking with another house. The structures are 1000 feet apart from each other and are very private.

The house itself comes FURNISHED meaning all you need to do is show up with your suitcases. I used to live here and have kept the kitchen well stocked: blender, pots and pans, knives, etc. The queen bed is brand new and the tv comes with HBO netflix etc.
