40 Bee St Apartment

I’m a second-year College of Medicine student re-signing my lease and looking for one female roommate for 07/01/2026 – 06/30/2027.

The apartment is a 2 bed, 2 bath unit with a shared living room and kitchen space. The living room comes fully... furnished, and the in-unit washer and dryer are included. You would just need to furnish your own bedroom and bathroom.

Rent is $1,000 per person per month. Utilities and water are separate and typically average about $60 and $30 per person per month, respectively. WiFi and parking are included.

The complex also has great amenities, including a gym and study rooms available for resident use. It is in a very safe building and is about as close as you can get to MUSC’s campus — directly across from the new COM building and within a short walk to King Street.

I’m looking for a clean, respectful roommate who is easygoing and comfortable sharing a living space. I’ve really enjoyed living here because of the convenience, safety, and walkability! (PS I am currently out of town so the pictures are just ones I could randomly find in my camera roll or online, I'll update them soon and would also be happy to have those interested tour!)
