This second floor 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located on Camp Rd on James Island, which is a 10-15 minute drive to Folly Beach and a 10 minute drive to campus.
It includes 1 master bedroom with an attached full bath and walk in closet, 1 bedroom... with a walk-in closet, 1 bedroom with a sliding door closet and a detached full bathroom. The living room and dining are can come furnished if desired (coffee table, couch, dining room table with matching chair/bench, TV and stand). The living room is connected to a balcony that overlooks a shared fenced outdoor yard area. The kitchen comes with appliances included (brand-new Bosch Dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator, washer and dryer, and oven/stove). The laundry room doubles as a pantry (can include shelving). There is also a linen closet in the hallway for additional storage. For furnished, you can choose any of the above items you would like to keep at no additional cost. We just request enough notice before your move in date to remove any unwanted furniture ahead of time.
Includes access to the pool and fitness center that has weights, strength machines and cardio machines. There is a large excess of parking spaces, and the complex has on-site recycling and trash dumpsters that are collected weekly.
Rent is $2400 which includes water, trash disposal, sewer, amenity fees, parking, and quarterly pest control. Electricity and internet are not included. Renter insurance is required. Cats are allowed ($50 refundable pet deposit), but dogs are not allowed-we are willing to discuss other pets. Sublets are allowed, but you will be responsible for any damages/payments under their sublet. Ideally, we would have a 12-month lease starting mid-late August (Earliest August 10th). We understand that timelines can be tough and are willing to prorate and be flexible with move-in/move-out dates. We also do not believe in rent increases upon lease renewal.
