Hi! I’m looking for a roommate to share a cozy yet spacious house in the Park Circle neighborhood. It’s in a quiet and safe area with tons of charm. It is perfect for anyone who... wants to be close to everything without the noise. It’s about a 20-minute commute to MUSC (and you don’t even have to hop on the highway!).

About the space:

Rent: $1,100/month + utilities (usually around $120–$150)

Large shared living areas with plenty of room to relax

Peaceful neighborhood with great walking spots and local restaurants nearby

A little about me:
I’m 29, and from Charleston. I currently work at MUSC on campus, though I’ll be switching to a remote position starting in December. I’ll be working from home in the third room, which my current roommate (who is moving out of state) and I usually treat as a shared flex space. I’m clean, respectful, and pretty laid-back. I like to keep common areas clean. Outside of work, I’m usually out and about, so you’ll have plenty of space to yourself!

Looking for someone who’s also considerate and easygoing. Ideally someone who values a friendly living environment.
