Hi everyone 🫶🏼
My name is Harlee, and my roommate Kaylee and I are looking for a third person to join our lease for August 1st 2026 - July 31st 2027. It’s a 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Large beautiful kitchen, new appliances, and incredibly convenient... downtown location on Bogard St (10 minute walk to MUSC). We have both been here a year and love it so much we don’t want to leave.

What you’d get:
Beautiful master bedroom, private bathroom, double closet. Storage space in the spare sun room, and plenty of street parking! Common space is fully furnished! We also have a driveway that is actually used as a patio. Rent is $1417 + utilities.

Who we’re looking for:
We will both be 27 next month. I am at MUSC school of nursing full time, work at Sean Jenkins in Labor and Delivery and food / bev on the weekends. Kaylee is full time food & bev. We want another female, post-grad, mid 20’s who is clean, organized, and okay with our 12 year old dog (he’s mostly just a couch potato and loves to cuddle).
