MUSC grad students, 4 blocks from MUSC, fully furnished, utilities included
This house is 4 blocks from MUSC and near all the restaurants and attractions on Upper King Street. I currently have two rooms available, sharing a bath, at the back of the house, very quiet, male or female applicants. The smaller middle bedroom has two windows, is approximately 10 x 12, and is $850. It is shown with a twin bed but I have a queen available if you prefer it, it is simply a matter of floor space vs. bed space. The back bedroom has 4 windows and a larger closet, approximately 14 x 16. All hardwoods, ceiling fans, tile bathrooms and kitchen, all kitchen equipment provided, fully furnished, linens and towels for every room if you need them. All of the utilities are wrapped into the rent, you just write one check, except for the wifi bill which is shared by the tenants. It runs about $30 per person per month. You would be living with Nico, who is an Argentinian born researcher working at MUSC, age 26, and he has some say in approving new people. The upstairs apartment is occupied by three females who are graduate students at MUSC, also mid-twenties.
